Bill Access and Calculator Inputs
The bill request form accepts an account number and billing month in your browser. Submitting it sends those details directly to KE’s PDF endpoint and opens the response in a new tab. Our application server does not receive that submission or store the returned bill. The account number is included in KE’s request URL, which may appear in browser history and KE’s server logs. Avoid sharing that URL.
The calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are used to calculate the displayed estimate and are not sent to an application database by our code. Inputs are not deliberately saved between visits. Closing or reloading the page can reset them.
Do not enter names, account numbers, identity numbers or payment credentials into calculator fields. They are intended only for consumption and calculation assumptions.
Technical Information and Hosting
Like other websites, the hosting and network services used to deliver these pages may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time of access for delivery, security and operations. This policy does not claim that no technical logs exist.
The current site code does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, an account-registration system or a marketing form. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from a remote font provider. Our code does not set advertising cookies.
The hosting platform may apply its own access or security mechanisms. Their behavior is separate from our calculator and guide code. If the site’s data practices change, this page should be updated before the change is introduced.
External Services
Links to K-Electric, KE Live, WhatsApp and other official destinations open services operated by others. Their privacy practices apply when you visit or interact with them. Clicking a phone link opens your device’s calling function. Sending a message or placing a call is your action.
A downloaded bill can contain personal account information. Keep it secure, especially on a shared device, and avoid posting the complete document publicly. See saved-bill guidance.
Your Choices and Service Boundaries
You may read the guides without using the calculator or following external links. You can close the page to end the current calculator session and use browser controls to remove locally downloaded files or browsing history.
No complaint intake is provided on this site. For personal information held in a K-Electric account, use KE’s official channels. KE does not manage this independent site’s privacy practices. Read our terms and disclaimer, or return to the homepage.

Household and commercial bills can identify a person, business or premises. Enter only an account you are authorized to access. The bill form sends its account and month directly to KE. Both calculators work with values in the current page and do not require a customer name, tax number or account identifier.
Downloaded files and payment records remain subject to your browser, device and business storage practices. Read the commercial guide for document-handling steps. We do not provide staff access controls or a shared bill archive.
