Household and Business Use of Estimates
Authorized household and business users may use the shared bill form and published guidance. Use the residential calculator for supported A-1 categories and the commercial calculator for supported A-2 categories. The commercial calculator supports the A-2 scenarios it names and relies on information you supply. It does not determine tax status, approve account changes or replace KE’s bill.
Use the issued document and payment-provider records for payments and reconciliation. Do not treat an estimate as proof of payment, an accounting certification or advice establishing a tax obligation.
